We proudly ship worldwide from our warehouses in Asia and the USA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We offer international shipping services to most countries around the globe. If for any reason we can’t ship to your location, we’ll contact you directly.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
SwiftNotes is not liable if an incorrect address is provided at checkout. Please double-check that your billing and shipping info is correct before placing your order. If we made the error, we’ll resend your order at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the item has shipped. By purchasing from us, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may apply when they arrive in your country.
SHIPPING TIME
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.
This does not include our 1–3 day processing time.
Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance or delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. In some cases, tracking might not be available depending on the carrier.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
Some carriers take 1–3 business days to update tracking. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there’s still no tracking update, feel free to reach out.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Sometimes, items from the same order may be shipped separately for logistical reasons—even if you selected combined shipping.
